Can I change plans?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upon switching plans, your current subscription will be cancelled immediately.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the Cancel button on your account plan page. You will continue to have access to the features you have paid for until the end of your billing cycle; however, any rollover credits will be lost immediately.
If I cancel, what happens when my subscription expires?
Once your subscription expires, you will lose access to all the subscription features.
Does the coupon only apply to the first month or every month?
If you use a coupon it will apply every subsequent month/year. The amount you pay will never go up as long as you remain a subscriber.
How do I sign up to use the API?
To use the API, you must first sign up for a plan with API access (see above). Then, you can sign up for the API from your account page. Note that the API costs extra.
